The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating enquiries, submission of Quotations & follow-ups,
developing sale reports and timely execution of orders.
Responsible to increase market share of VFD Drives in various customer segments (including both
existing and potential customers).
Organizing and Conducting seminars as well as promotional events on regular basis.
Demonstrating the customers about VFD Drive products by carrying out product demonstrations,
Presentations and Seminar at major customers.
Consultative and value selling of VFD sales especially for improvement in Energy efficiency.
Contact positive and effective customers regularly to understand the requirements and generate
enquiries.
Meet the customer frequently and check the new requirements.
Arrange meetings with new customers for the introduction of our company.
Preparation of offers in line with Enquires / tender documents and same shall be recorded in the respective trackers.
Timely submission of offers against the tenders/enquiries.
Arrange meeting with customers for Techno commercial negotiations.
Follow up with the customer to convert offers into orders, review the orders, and acknowledge.
Respond to the customer in a timely manner and fulfill their queries and requirements.
Follow up the order, shipment, delivery, and invoice.
With GM/OM approval, Place orders on Suppliers / vendors and follow up for effective execution.
He shall clarify the technical queries which were raised by vendor/suppliers in coordination with
respective Manager.
Follow up with customers for timely receipt of payments and coordinate with internal accounts
department and ensure effective release of payment to Supplier / Vendors.
Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum Education: Minimum Experience: 5 years
